Overcoming scalability and automation challenges
Nowadays, most logistics companies use a number of apps for management, which results in lack of scalability, flexibility and automation, and leads to huge time and cost losses. Another problem is that drivers on the road have to worry about the order management, rather than faster delivery, as there is lack of synchronization in-between the teams.The solution was clear: we enhanced connectivity to make sure teams are aligned. We decided to deliver one comprehensive product that functions as a super-app with seven different modules. This way we wanted to speed up the operational processes and delivery itself, which is at the center of logistics service.
01. Single interconnected system
We ensured a consistent environment of FleetTec across all the departments: for fleet and safety managers, dispatchers, drivers, HR reps and accountants. A unified web platform that we delivered has seven views for each type of employee, and also allows users to switch between departments modules, granting access to the necessary data in seconds.With just one program, team members can now handle the entire shipment cycle by staying connected and collaborating on the platform.
02. Business assessment solution
One of the core modules, Fleet Management, serves as a powerful analytical tool that offers insights for business growth. Through advanced automation capabilities, the platform can generate reports and show statistical data without the need to manually input any numbers, optimizing efficiency.Now, managers gain a comprehensive overview of crucial metrics such as accident rates, driver performance, claims, inspection progress, and cost optimization. This enhanced functionality empowers managers to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement within the company.
03. On-the-go mobile applications
To ensure fast and accurate delivery, we also built two mobile apps for drivers and fleet managers, both of which are connected to the web platform. Both apps serve as a multi-functional tool, enabling route overview, order details check, truck pickup, vehicle condition inspection, and more. With all the necessary tools at their fingertips, on-the-go operations become increasingly flexible and streamlined.
